Bedi Village of Bilecik’s Gölpazarı district is one of the few places where the Beylerce grape, which is in danger of extinction, is planted. Our 2021 Beylerce ‘Bedi’ comes from old bush vines planted in limestone, shale and sandstone soils at an altitude of 800m.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested Beylerce grapes were lightly pressed as whole cluster and fermented in a 600 liter egg shaped container for 14 days at controlled temperatures below 16°C.
After the end of the fermentation, the wine was aged on its fine lees for 8 months and bottled in September 2022 after the protein and crystals were stabilized.
